Rainforest Colours by RandyJayBraun
Deep in the thickness of Maui, there are massive bamboo forests. So dense, and quiet are these forests, that you can hear your heart beat. It is dark, and wet, usually, within the bamboo forest of Kipahulu. This forest is protected within Haleakala National Park. Patterns are everywhere. Colors are mostly green, but there are those shoots that capture one’s eye. The bamboos forests are magical places.

Teardrop by Geoff Mitchell
this little fellow is a Yellow eyed penguin. It was nesting near Oamaru in New Zealand, and was the centre of attention of a bunch of high school sightseers. I have never seen a bird cry, until now…..

Australian autumn by Geoff Mitchell
