Featured Work

  • Over the Edge by Heather Hartkamp

Found this lurking in a hard drive. Taken from the Eureka tower last year just before they banned cameras in ‘The Edge’ – a glass ‘box’ that extends out from the top floor and hangs over the city 92 floors below. This image was taken through the floor of ‘The Edge’. I adjusted the levels aggressively and burned the reflections of the people to make them stand out more. /

  • IB Kapitan Khlebnikov in the Ross Sea by Doug Thost

Aerial photographs don’t work unless you fly with a good pilot, or you fly yourself. This shot was the result of a cooperative chopper pilot who could imagine what I wanted, late evening light (for summer in Antarctica), and a chance flight for staff at the end of a long day guiding tourists. / / Lucky me…

  • Down #4 by Mark Ross

Looking downward at the street below waiting for a figure to enter into the frame and then voila, there it is. Click once on image to enlarge. / / / /

  • Valley of Life by Skip Hunt

Into a brutal harsh desert we are born. Alone. Sentenced to wander golden dunes of time in search of meaning. Alone, we are follow an invisible path to carry us nowhere… Alone, we finally arrive at both the place we sought… and from where we first began… so many eons ago. Near Merzouga, Moroco.
