Doon Church
Featured in Dilapidated Buildings 25th November, 2008.

This church in Doon, Ballybunion closed it’s doors to its congregation a few short years after the new, St John’s, church opened in the town centre on 1st August, 1897. The parish could not afford to keep two churches going.
Doon church is used these days as a storage building for farm equipment.
