Brilliant words!
it takes a lot of strength and courage to be honest with ourselves. see all there is, and embrace it, work on it, make ourselves the person we want to be, the person we can be proud of…
too many people live in denial, shunning the truth, the light, the pain, but its a trick! cos when we dont embrace all that we are, when we dont look ourselves in the eye with that blunt honesty and ask “do i like what i see” and if i dont, be brave, be strong, and change it and become someone i want to see when i look at my reflection…
ah, you are so gifted in so many ways Care!
I am so happy that I’m lucky to know of you!
I only wish we could meet one day!

Ditto Dr. T – but so necessary for each of us – not just once or twice in our lives but all the time – am I who I want to be, is this reflection TODAY who i want to see? Any age, any time of life. thanks lianne..: )...I write a lot….think and write…and sometimes I feel like I shouldn’t put it up here…but one thing I’ve learnt….in life…is that….you learn about yourself by learning…and listening… to other people…I’ve learnt a lot by watching…listening…and reading what other people think…and maybe what I’m thinking about may help someone else…you never know : )

Very wise my friend… very wise! Touching 30 this year was my turning point.
