I’ve heard it said, “Money can’t buy you love, money can’t buy you youth, money can’t buy you friends,” but when there is no money, love gets tested to the hilt when the quarrels begin, youth quickly fades when the stress sets in and friends begin to thin when you are so busy working you don’t have time for them anymore. It is a sad state of affairs and a great paradox for me since I am a Christian and must deal with this issue constantly.
I agree with you totally and it is true that money plus blood equals oil. The oil barons rule the world…at least the secular part of it. At least they appear to. I have to keep my eyes on Christ or I will be overwhelmed by it. But when I put my eyes back on Him, I am reminded that He is still in charge and I will understand it all if not now, some day soon.

This photograph is AMAZING… very few pictures actually exhibit so much emotion… this one nearly made me gasp for air.

This is the first time that I’ve seen this photo, as a direct result of the post you made today regarding your RedBubble retirement. (Shame on me for not delving deeper into your entire collection sooner.)

For various reasons, you are my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE artist on this site. (Largely due to the fact that we live in the same city, but also because you pour your entire soul into your work).

I, too, often become enraged in regard to racism. It is a seemingly insurmountable injustice in this country (and I suspect all over the world).

I do hope that the masterpieces that once were viewable here on this site are available elsewhere online so that I can continue to enjoy your work.

And now, more than ever, we really should have that cup of coffee we’ve been talking about…
