There was a movie, I recall.. Which had the klan beating and burning innocent families who were hard working farm folk.. I may have the concept wrong, I never watched the whole thing. I felt so much pain for what I saw and started to sob drastically. This piece reminds me of the pain others cause on such good, innocent lives. Well done Helen! I may not comment much.. but, I will surely miss your thought provoking works!

June 03, 2008….....”a time to love and a time to hate; a time for war and a time for peace” and a time for change…..some still sing “We Shall Overcome” and they are of all races….we are our brothers and sisters keepers…. this speaks of the past and present and future if we try to be what is the best of all of us…it is in the trying to be and being one by one our brothers keeper and see ourselves in others….Namaste!
