I use ink, pastel, charcoal and acrylic….from memory (which is very bad) I think I used more ink than anything on this painting…I got this gorgeous flowing incredibly blue (colourfast) ink from the art shop in Ballina…....geez I love hanging out in art shops, hmmmmmm, the smell of fresh paper, stinky paints, etc…..gets my juices going!

Hi, thx for that ozziejoerox :).....well, thx for asking me, that’s a good question…. it all started when i made a crude little thank you card for my children’s judo teacher (sensai) about 2 years ago & that started my brain ticking over with many ideas…also i have always adored asian children…..so it just ran from there, cheers, KT -

this one would have been A3 size i think,
lately i’ve started working larger….i worked up to A2
now is 56cmx76cm (close to A1 size)
so they’re not huge by any means :)
