~Allah's Grace~
I have always had a passion for the Arabian horse…and I always thought that drawing the deep grey would be hard so I decided to challenge myself today…so here he is in all of his glory…the grey Allah’s Grace…..free spirit…his ancestors voices heard only on the wind….

I love arabians…my first and only horse who ever graced my life with his presence was an arabain…I had him from the time I was 12 until I was 20….I miss him greatly, he was my best friend…since I think differently than most, people friends were never a big priority in my life…i remember standing on a hill that had an amazing view of california for miles, he would stand there with me, his head over my shoulder…he was so awesome… I would jump on his back while he was out grazing on the pasture and just lay across his back…I miss him so much…but I love arabians, and I love being able to express that with my art : ) Thank yo for stopping by my bubble my friend…and thank you for sparking my wonderful memories…

wow amazing art you have done the magestic arabian proud with this one and i love the title do you know the story of how the arabian bloodline came to be i dont know if its true but it goes like this in arabia the prophet mohammed found a group of horses that had been tied in the heat of the desert for days hungry and thirsty he released them and they all galloped away to find food and water just as they were to disappear over the horizon he called them back but only one stopped in its tracks and despite its thirst returned to him this was to be his mare and he pressed his thumb to her neck and marked her it is said that all arabian horses came from this one loyal horse and all arabians today carry the mark of the prophets thumbprint hence the endurance and loyalty of such a trusted breed that i am thankful to have also been lucky enough to call my own too
midnightdreamer in reply to rachelle’s comment
