Thanks very much! (are you seeing anybody about your addiction?) ;)

Im not as bad as I use to be. I slowed down quite a bit actually. Im not posting as much as I use to. Taking it easy. I love it here and everyone in it. I love art and the expressions behind them. This is great outlet for art addicts like me.

nice, a different style to the one you’ve adopted recently, still got the message behind it though :)
rubyred in reply to hikickry’s comment, 6 months ago
Thanks Ryan, yeah it’s a useful technique to mix a playful element – in this case marbles, with a hard edged image of death. The message is the same as my AK47 design, kids should be playing with toys not weapons. This applies to child soldiers in African countries as well as our own situation with the endless stream of kids killing kids in London at the moment.

Very fun shirt!

This is super!

Actually, I find this one betterer than your first in the series also. Disturbing work Ruby, not nearly as fun as ‘stephaniek’ realises.

Yes, this is definitely my favourite of the two to date. Chilling.
rubyred in reply to sjem’s comment, 6 months ago
Yeah thanks sjem, not sure it’s my most ‘fun’ shirt??!!
rubyred in reply to Karin Taylor’s comment, 6 months ago
Thanks very much Karin, sometimes I think I live outside the square!
rubyred in reply to Cathie Tranent’s comment, 6 months ago
Hey Cathie thanks. Yeah it’s disturbing seeing kids stuff mixed with darker elements, effective though I hope.

Scary work, but important to address an issue most of the world would rather not address. Evil people populate this Big Blue Marble. What can I do to help these children?

LOVEEEEEEEEE!
BlueKnot, 6 months ago
Very cool; nicely done. How’d you think of such a thing?
rubyred in reply to BlueKnot’s comment, 6 months ago
Hey BlueKnot, thanks for the comment. I’ve done a 2 shirt series based on mixing kids elements with a darker harder visual like guns and death. Have a look at my other shirt and read the description. Thanks again
