Fall Visitor
Been in and out all day photographing these beauties, there were two of them fishing the river today, the other photo will follow. This is the female, she is much larger than the male bald eagle. As is photo, other than re-sizing ;)

you are so lucky to see these wonderfull birds in real and so close at home even.. a few days ago i saw a little bird of prey with his prey sitting on the side of the road i was driving.. i stopped to enjoy it for a moment and i felt blessed..

A majestic creature. Great capture! I remember when Bald Eagles were almost extinct. They started making a comeback in 1995 where I live and now almost every large lake has them.
