Thanks very much Kim! You are right….many of us do not enjoy our own company and we try to fill our lives with so external actvities…and sometimes these efforts turned out futile. Someone once said that if we cant find tranquility within, it’s hard to find it elsewhere :D

Oh yes, I agree with you GG…it’s very important to spend some with oneself and enjoy our own company….I do that once a week, a routine that I stick to since I started 7 years ago :D
