This is an image of my brother-in-law’s dog, Buzz, blended into a sunset over Long Cove only about a half a mile away from his home in West Pennant, Nova Scotia, Canada. Buzz is a Springer Spaniel and a sweetheart of a dog. Everyone loves Buzz. For those who may be curious, Buzz is still alive and kickin’! Caught this storm on the horizon on the way home tonight, just East of Okotoks, Alberta. It is reminiscent of some captures I have seen of hurricanes…. Hope none of our neighbors suffered any damage.

Came across this abandoned field and an old footprint of a house at the end of this private road on Saturday, September 27th 2008, in Rigaud, Quebec Canada. Despite the weather being overcast and rainy, I could not pass it by, I was attracted by the yellow. A friend tells me it is buckwheat. / I walked the property and kept thinking, a house once stood upon this very spot, looking over the valley and to the hills beyond. People once lived here…and had dreams, dreams now long forgotten…
