  Well theres some more info for you and some was to help keep your cat & dog safe ... ifs not fool proof but it helps a bit .. Cover your tree stand with a tree skirt to prevent your pet from drinking the water in the base. This liquid can make your animal sick. Have pet treats on hand to distract your pet away from the tree. The needles can easily get lodged in the animal’s throat, making it hard to swallow. Place decorations that contain mistletoe, poinsettias and holly only in high sections of the tree, where your pet will be unable to get the tempting leaves and berries. They can cause heartbeat and blood pressure to drop. BETTER still DONT use them Remove strings and ribbons from gifts that are left under the tree. These items may seem like toys to an animal, but can easily choke him or her. Avoid using tinsel, since your dog can choke on it. Also understand that some of the older tinsel contains lead. Remember not to use chocolate ornaments if there’s a chance that your pet could pull them off. An ingredient called theobromine can have a toxic effect on dogs. Tape the electrical cords of your Christmas tree lights to the wall so your pet won’t chew them. Use a Squirt bottle to spray your cat (mosty cats ) ..that usually frightens them and they run away … once you pick that bottle up again ..they run

  I cant wait, / In a coulple of weeks I am traveling from where I live in Newman to Kunnanura to photograph the Australian Safari with Dirtcomp magazine. http://www.dirtcomp.com.au/ / http://www.australiansafari.com.au/ The Safari travels all the way from Kunnanura to Perth and goes through Newman about half way, so I will have about 7 days on the road and I hopeing to not just shoot motor sport, But to take in the Kimberly’s, Broom as much of the north west as I can, and cut sick with the camera!! for myself too. Cool as! Mick

  How’s it going gang? Are we all good? Great. I just put up a new shirt today. It’s another one of those corny “I heart something or other shirts”. Well I guess I’m on the bandwagon because it’s my second one of those Tees. I guess I’m a copycat serial Tee shirt designer or something. It’s been a long week. I’m feeling a lot better and thanks for all your encouragement. I want to have some new stuff up very soon. I have a Karate grading this Sunday so wish me luck. Anyway check out my new tee: / I hope you like it. It’s a little crude and rude. So I think a lot of you will love it. Ummm…maybe a quick haiku off the top of my head: Blue sky filled with clouds / Grass underfoot tickles my feet / At last! the weekend!

  Finally got home from my 2200-km round trip to perth to do my tax : ( and to spend up big on photographic stuff!!!!!!! : ) / To put a dampener on it though, I hit a Kangaroo in my 6 month old suzuki van at 110 km/h, its very smashed : ( : ( Now for the goodies, didn’t get a D2xs, ended up getting a fuji S5 pro and I must say I am very happy with the half a dozen pics I have taken with it so far. / I think its going to be the right camera for me, its just not going to cut it for my motor-sport work, so when funds permit i think I will get a D300 for fast stuff. / 2 cameras for the price of a D2xs : ) / got my flash too and have got a epson 2400, paper, inks, 200mm 2.8 and 17-55mm 2.8 nikon lenses!! on the way! Its christmas come early : ) I have no money now, goodbye! : ) PS. I will be selling a heap of my old gear, so I will pop up a list soon, at special rebbubble prices (before I put it all on ebay) if anyone is interested. Mick
