  Most people are content to just take a normal photo of themselves when they display what they’ve bought on RedBubble… In my case, being a photographer and also completely psyched whenever RedBubble gives me something of top notch quality, I decided to take a slightly more creative route to my Buyer’s Booth photos…. so much so that one person even commented that I should put them up for sale! Not sure if THAT will ever happen, but enough people ask, I’ll consider it. For now, though, let’s reminisce and enjoy!   I received my very first t-shirt today in the mail…

  I received my very first t-shirt today in the mail! It’s soooooooooooooooooooooooo cool, I’ve been running around the house, looking in the mirror and giggling about it ALL morning….closest I’ve come in resembling a ‘Gobbledock’, you know the ones….’chippies, chippies, chippies!!!’...gosh I hope you do, or you’ll think I’m a bit weird :D Anyway, I’m heading out shopping soon and going to be showing it off to all the locals!!! See what they think !!! Anyhows, thought I’d enter mine in the comp you’ve got going, as it sounds like lots of fun, etc. I was looking a bit tired around the eyes, so I added a mask….then I thought…this would look cute with sushi all over it…..then she materialised before my very eyes yup! It was the birth of my alter-ego, a brand new Super Hero…… SUSHI GIRL to the rescue!!!! (forget about Batman, Superman, Wonder-Woman, etc….skanky old heroes. Just call on Sushi Girl next time you’re in a bind, she will snore right through the credits and never bother you with showy pecks, overloaded charisma….no, no, no,.......Sushi is your girl-next-door type of Super Hero, she does ordinary-every-day things….she’ll like sweep your floor, bring you snacks, and stuff like that which really really matters….lol Oh dear, perhaps I ate too many weet-bix this morning :D DETAILS OF T-SHIRT Username karin / Title of Shirt Design Sushi Mix Combo / aka …............   Been somewhat busy with work in the college break and organising the finer details of the recently launched ‘Calendars R Us’ group… and it’s good to know that the Graphic and Digital Art group has been keeping tabs on me by presenting me with a feature. On a side note… I was mailed to stop posting everything that happens… this is my blog journal thing which would be completely wasted if I didn’t use it… and there is nothing wrong with shameless self-promotion… especially if others are promoting your work or buying your work.
