  • At Day’s End As the sun goes down over the front range mountains of Denver, Colorado, the Sunflowers turn, in anticipation of the sun coming back up in the morning. Photographed in a field where all you can see for miles and miles is Sunflowers….billions of Sunflowers. An entire sea of yellow and gold….caught in my lens for a fleeting instant, where the whole world was at peace…. • Fog in mountains (Afghanistan)
    by Antanas

    US$3.99–US$91.20

  • Captured along the Mount Evans Wilderness in Colorado, this is one of those waterfalls that kind of sneaks up on ya outta the blue, and if you blink, you actually miss it. I really don’t much in the way of long exposure shots, but after being happy with how this one came out, I am going to start doing them more. Hope ya all like it! • Smoky Mountain Stream
    by Gary L. Suddath

    US$5.32–US$121.60

A digitaly manipulated photo to appear as a painting. The mountain stream helps substain life both below and above the surface.A stream’s ecosystem includes the area immediately around the stream—the damp banks and vegetation on both sides, the trees that hang over it, the air above it. And it includes the stream’s entire watershed as well.We should do what we can to help preserve these beautiful wonders of nature before much of its flora and fauna are gone.

I took this picture on the steepest island of the world…La Palma (canarian islands). Although it’s the steepest island of the world it’s very rare that it’s snowy on top of the biggest vulcanic mountain. / It was a lucky week so I drove all the way up to the “Roche De Los Muchachos”>>> / (3000 metres high). Shortly before I reached the top a little cave caught my attention. / I went inside and discovered beautiful, thick icicles. The energy there was incredible….it felt pure….above the clouds…elements. check what the product looks like here thank you for stopping by!

  • Seven Seas
    by Jane Keats

    US$4.56–US$104.12

Tall ship, the Enterprise, casting off from Portarlington, You Yangs mountain range in the background. / While out with my daughters, driving through Portarlington on a mission of introducing them to the Bellarine region of Victoria (we just moved here) where my family has ties, we happened upon this wondrous sight. It translated beautifully into picture, the serenity of a sunset over the bay with a magical ship actually out there, sailing the Seven Seas… With my humblest and sincerest thanks to Larry Davis, who has nominated this image for the Pay It Forward group, here is his impression; “To me, this image says it all. / Freedom / Peace / Adventure / Peace of Mind / Beauty / Tranquility / Love of the Sea / Something New / Excitement. / The Future.” / Larry Davis

    by Steve Bulford

Your time with them goes so fast you are left just wanting more… / / / Unfortunately, Mountain Gorilla numbers are small, with only approximately 700 left in the wild. The primary threat comes from forest clearance and degradation, as the region’s growing human population struggles to eke out a living. / / I am hopeful ways can be found to control these problems before it is too late. / / (Virunga volcanoes – Rwanda) / >< / / / / / / / / /

  • Wotan's Throne Grand Canyon
    by amarica

    US$3.99–US$91.20

Wotan’s Throne looms over Trail Camp on the Main Mount Whitney Trail. I took this shot on our first trip to the Grand Canyon. This formation really amazed me when I saw how much it looked like a temple or cathedral. If you have the time and stamina, Wotan’s Throne is a nice, short diversion on a Whitney trip or a good acclimatizing dayhike that puts you smack-dab in the middle of spectacular views of the surrounding area. The Colorado Plateau is an enormous landform that covers most of northern Arizona and much of Utah, a chunk of northwestern New Mexico, and most of far-western Colorado. More specifically, the Plateau is an enormous uplifted tableland. To the north and west it’s bordered by the region called the Basin and Range; to the northeast it runs up against the Rocky Mountains; the south side borders the Mogollon Highlands; and to the east and southeast it adjoins the Rio Grande Rift. Geology of the Grand Canyon A powerful and inspiring landscape, the Grand Canyon overwhelms our senses through its immense size; 277 river miles (446km) long, up to 18 miles (29km) wide, and a mile (1.6km) deep. Suddath Due to a successful brook trout restoration program, for the first time in 30 years, anglers are now able to fish for brook trout in park streams of the Smoky Mountains. These streams were once ruined by logging. The brook trout was also rooted out my non native rainbow and brown trout. Our waters are precious for our life and all of natures, help keep them clean. • Moraine Lake
    by PhotoDucky

    US$4.32–US$98.80

Moraine Lake is a glacially fed lake in Banff National Park, 14 kilometres outside the Village of Lake Louise, Alberta, Canada. It is situated in the Valley of the Ten Peaks, at an elevation of approximately 6183 feet (1884 m). The lake has a surface area of 0.5 km². The lake, being glacially fed, does not reach its crest until mid to late June. However, when it is full, it is a beautiful shade of blue. The lake gets its color from the refraction of light off the rock flour deposited in the lake on a continual basis. source: wikipedia Taken with a Nikon D70s with a 18-200mm Sigma lens

  • Solitude
    by TerriRiver

    US$31.35–US$167.20

The bridge reminds me of an emotion of solitude, which is not to be confused with loneliness. The former leads to an internal peace and being one with nature and oneself while the latter was a feeling of being forced to be alone, deprived of freedom and choice. I used to call this photo “Peaceful Bridge” until a young patient of mine (at the time she was nine years old) explored the difference between solitude and loneliness. When the image was presented to him as an illustration, he exclaimed, “Oh, solitude is peace, inner peace!” And the true title of the piece was born. Donation to charity / 50% of the proceeds of the sale of this image will be donated to Nature Canada

  • Autumn Travels Shot in Alluvial Fan area of Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado What a scene that just glowed…and I mean GLOWED. It made your jaw just drop open. I am fortunate in that no one else was there, and was lucky to be able to take about 100 shots of this scene alone, playing with composition and such, and custom white balance settings, and in this one, something similar to a sunset setting was used. Let me know what ya think! Can ya hear the rustling of the leaves?? / —-John
